Edward Lee doesn’t want to reinvent Southern food, just modernize it. His enthusiasm for interpreting the history and traditions of Louisville is reflected in his restaurant’s contemporary yet rustic menu and stylish decor. Lee is fanatical about sourcing ingredients locally. To help illustrate his story Lee took us on a grand tour of the city he loves including his favorite farms, a bourbon whiskey distillery and a Kentucky Derby store.
