I was honored to have the opportunity to spotlight legendary chefs Ruth Rogers and Rose Gray for a photo shoot about their renowned culinary hot spot The River Café. The two are justifiably famous for both their innovative approach to traditional regional Italian cooking and their generosity in mentoring other talented chefs. I returned a couple years later to orchestrate a second story featuring portraits of The River Café alumni Jamie Oliver, Sam and Samantha Clark, April Bloomfield and Arthur Potts Dawson who are among the many to open acclaimed restaurants of their own.
