Chef and restaurateur Bill Granger has been hooked on Asian food since childhood. It was a given that he would want to create a cookbook featuring the fresh flavors and bold tastes he had encountered at Asia’s restaurants, beach shacks and roadside stalls. I accompanied Granger on this journey to Asia, overseeing the entire creative process of the book from concept to design and publication. My background in textile design helped me to achieve just the right exotic backdrop that I wanted for the book. The result is a colorful dive into the very best food and style that Asia has to offer.
